Work With Us

Thank you for your interest in joining our Loving Hands of Nevada team.

What makes us different? We treat our employees the way we expect you to treat our clients. Yes, we have rules and policies... and many laws you must follow. And yes we expect you to deliver the highest standard of care to your clients. But that doesn't mean you can't expect high standards from us as well. Have you gone through our site and seen our "What are you doing for your birthday" program? It doesn't just apply to clients, it applies to you too.

Our open door policy, interest in your ideas and suggestions to provide the best service to your clients, weekly meetings and group get-togethers to share and exchange tips and information - all are designed to provide  us all with a positive and motivating work environment. We know if you're happy, we'll all be happy. A novel approach in today's world, yes?

Unless directly and willingly invited you should refrain from long stories or discussions of your personal life or finances. You should never discuss your previous employers or co-workers or your own rate of pay. You should not make comparisons with other agencies or offer opinions on the client’s home compared to others. Also, you can never attempt to school your client on how s/he conducts his/her life.. You are required to report any client inappropriate behavior to  Loving Hands of Nevada, and we will address any issue directly with the client and, if the issue warrants and is not resolved, we will assign you to a different client.

It is expected that you will be sure to leave your client's home in a neat and clean manner.
