Our concierge services provide the same basic services offered through Medicaid or through the Nevada Department of Aging or through grants provided to other organizations here in Nevada when you, or a loved one, cannot quality for any of their programs. We provide those services and more, all tailored to your needs and all in the comfort of your (or your loved one's) home.

Personal / Home / Household

From bathing to shaving and everything in between all grooming needs are met by your caregiver. S/he'll also take care of shopping with or without you coming along, handle your food preparation, as well as household cleaning - keeping your home the way you or your loved one would. S/he'll oversee home deliveries too. Taking you to doctor appointments, or bringing you to a gathering with friends, or perhaps just a meal and a movie. Dog walking, arranging grooming, delivery and pick up your 4 legged furry pet, Cleaning cat litter box, are services for pet owners.

We can also act as a virtual personal assistant handling tasks such as: internet research, making calls, filing out forms you need, making reservations, travel arrangements, managing your calendar and similar.

Companion

 

It goes without saying that aging is not the easiest process for most people. Our caregivers are trained to balance just enough "push" to promote the best quality of life possible. This translates to identifying when you or your loved one might want to help with meal preparation, or participate in some favorite activity, come along to shop, recreational activities, such as dining, movies, participating in card games, friends gathering, arts and crafts, the possibilities are endless and are tailored to each individual. Your caregiver will also provide daily call and sitter services.

​Respite

 

Are you someone who stays at home to take care of a loved one? Do you need time to tend to things besides the care you're giving. We can step in and relieve you for a few hours once a week or more as you need. The process for this service requires we meet with you, determine what routines, likes, dislikes, needs, etc your loved one has. Then we determine the best caregiver match, who you get to meet and watch the first interaction with your loved one. Assuming all goes well, you can leave or stay in your home and do what you need to get done without worry. Who knows, you might even catch a movie with friends. Your one-on-one caregiving is demanding and stressful, no one knows that better than we do. Your road may be a long one and we understand how much you need regular breaks to prevent total burn-out. Social Media for Seniors
 

Most seniors have not kept up with today's technology - nor do most want to. But statistics demonstrate that being "social" improves memory and keeps emotional connections current. The benefits are great and we have trained our Concierge caregivers to gently introduce staying connected to families and friends using Facebook, FaceTime, and Skype. Our place is not to force this upon you or your loved one, but to explore if this brings joy and memory improvement, and of course better quality of life. Of we find that just being able to "surf" the internet and learning or participating in learning more about any area of interest - from quilting to football can have great positive impact.
